Positive Mentoring
Our Positive Mentoring Programme is a 12 week programme. Delivered on-site, the programme provides one-on-one mentoring with experienced role models to help young people overcome challenges and develop essential life skills.
The programme is available to young people aged 4-19. It offers tailored support to meet each individual’s specific needs, whether they’re facing emotional, social, or behavioural challenges.
To refer a young person to the Positive Mentoring Programme, simply contact us directly. We will discuss the individual’s needs and arrange an initial assessment to ensure the programme is the right fit. Referrals can be made by parents, guardians, teachers, or other professionals involved in the young person’s life.
Yes, our mentoring service is completely personalised, designed to address the unique needs and circumstances of each young person. We take the time to understand their goals and challenges, creating a tailored plan that focuses on their development and well-being.

All delivery of the mentoring programme must take place on-site, ensuring young people receive consistent, face-to-face support in a familiar environment, such as schools or community centres.
Our sessions are led by experienced, qualified mentors who are trained to build trust and provide positive guidance. These role models are equipped to help young people work through their challenges and achieve personal growth.
If you’re unsure whether the programme is suitable for a young person, contact us to discuss their needs. We can assess their situation and help you determine how the Positive Mentoring Programme can best support them.
Yes, the mentoring sessions are held in confidence, with all sensitive information kept private. We keep parents and guardians informed of progress, but the relationship between the mentor and young person is based on trust and respect.
The Positive Mentoring Programme aims to help young people build emotional resilience, improve their confidence, and develop essential life skills. Ultimately, it empowers them to make positive life choices and better manage challenges they face.
Yes, a service level agreement will be provided to outline the program structure. A minimum of 12 sessions is required to ensure we can work towards the agreed-upon targets and allow sufficient time for meaningful progress.
